Pressure Cook Mode Pressure cooking is faster than traditional cooking methods, but it can also be a bit off-putting knowing you need to release all the built-up steam somehow But you can breathe a sigh of relief, as when your food has finished cooking, it will automatically release the steam by itself so you don’t need to get involved. When you need to cook large joints of meat quickly, but still want the tender and juicy results you get from slow cooking, you can pressure cook them in a fraction of the time it would take to roast in an oven. Air Fry Mode Create low-fat versions of your fried favourites, from chunky chips and spicy sweet potato wedges to southern-fried chicken goujons and crispy scampi with little or no oil using the 4.7 litre Cook & Crisp basket.
